I’m Emily Hines, PA-C—a physician assistant working in pediatric plastic surgery and a mom of three. I created The Head Shape Mama to give parents clear, supportive education about infant head shape, torticollis, tummy time, helmet therapy, and early development.

My goal is to help you recognize patterns early, understand the questions worth asking, and feel more prepared when speaking with your child’s care team. The content here is practical, evidence-aware, non-alarmist, and never a substitute for individualized medical care.
